This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes refund eligibility for one-time website packages and cancellation terms for the recurring Website Care Plan offered by Cielo Consulting Strategies LLC.
This policy applies to purchases made directly from Cielo Consulting Strategies LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
One-time website packages
Because each one-time package, including the Starter Website Package and Website Refresh Package, is delivered to a fixed scope on a defined delivery timeline, refund eligibility depends on the delivery status at the time the request is received.
- Before delivery has started: If delivery has not yet started, the buyer may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase. Delivery is considered to have started once required intake materials or access credentials have been submitted and fulfillment work has begun.
- After delivery has started, before draft delivery: Once delivery has started but before any first draft or draft deliverables have been provided, refunds, if any, are limited to the portion of the package not yet delivered, based on the package scope and delivery status.
- After draft delivery: Once the first draft or draft deliverables have been provided to the buyer, the package is considered substantially delivered and refunds are not available.
- After completion: Once a package is marked complete under the Delivery Policy, refunds are not available.
Website Care Plan (monthly subscription)
The Website Care Plan is a recurring monthly subscription.
- Cancellation: The buyer may cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. To avoid renewal, cancellation must be requested before the next billing date.
- Access through current cycle: The buyer retains access to the monthly allowance through the end of the current paid billing cycle, subject to the Package Scope Policy.
- Already-paid cycles: Payments for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, regardless of how much of the monthly allowance has been used.
- Failed payments: If a recurring payment fails, the subscription may be paused or canceled. Care Plan work pauses until payment is restored.
- Annual or prepaid arrangements: If the buyer has prepaid for multiple months, unused full prepaid months may be eligible for refund, less any amounts already applied to delivered services, setup work, or discounts tied to prepaid pricing. Partial months are non-refundable.
How to request a refund or cancellation
Requests must be submitted in writing to micah@cieloconsulting.online from the email address used to make the purchase. Please include:
- the order or invoice reference
- the package name
- the reason for the request
We will respond within five (5) business days.
Chargebacks
We ask that buyers contact us first to try to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card provider. Chargebacks may delay review and resolution of the request.
Out-of-scope work
Items outside the listed scope of a package are not included and are not refundable as part of the package. See the Package Scope Policy for a full description of what is and is not included.
