This Delivery Policy describes how and when Cielo Consulting Strategies LLC delivers each website package and care plan. It applies to all purchases made through our website or booking link.
When delivery starts
Delivery of a one-time package starts on the business day after the buyer has both (1) completed payment for the selected package and (2) submitted all required intake materials through the structured intake form, including business information, images, service details, and brand assets.
For the Website Care Plan, delivery starts on the first day of the active monthly billing cycle following the buyer's first successful payment.
Estimated delivery windows
- Starter Website Package: typically delivered within 10–15 business days from the start of delivery.
- Website Refresh Package: typically delivered within 7–12 business days from the start of delivery.
- Website Care Plan: requested edits within monthly scope are typically completed within 3–5 business days of receipt.
Delivery windows are estimates based on typical delivery, not guarantees. Actual timing may vary based on the completeness of intake materials and the buyer's responsiveness during the revision window.
What you receive
Each package buyer receives the deliverables listed for that package on our website at the time of purchase. These deliverables are fixed and do not vary by buyer beyond populating the templates with the buyer's content.
Revisions
One-time packages include one structured revision round. The buyer must submit all revision feedback in a single batch within five (5) business days of receiving the draft. Revision requests outside the listed scope, or submitted after the revision window, are not included.
Completion
A one-time package is considered complete when (1) the deliverables listed for that package have been provided to the buyer, and (2) either the buyer has approved the work, the revision window has closed, or the buyer has not responded for ten (10) business days after the draft was delivered.
A monthly Website Care Plan billing cycle is considered complete at the end of each calendar month for which the buyer has paid, regardless of whether the full monthly allowance has been used.
Buyer delays
If the buyer delays providing intake materials, feedback, or required approvals, the delivery window pauses for the duration of the delay and resumes when the buyer responds. Packages cannot be held open indefinitely; if no response is received for thirty (30) days, the package may be marked complete with whatever has been delivered to date.
Delivery method
Deliverables are provided digitally, typically as a deployed website at a buyer-owned domain or staging URL, plus relevant access credentials. We do not ship physical goods.
